Deliverable D3.1 is the result of a rigorous scientific approach aimed at designing a training program dedicated to the governance of information systems for the management of quality assurance systems. Following a meticulous analysis of user needs, the program’s scope was restructured into two major areas: processes, indicators and dashboards, and information systems. This reorganization is designed to better tackle the concrete challenges of the project.

Deliverable D3.2 sets out a training methodology for three distinct groups: governance, management, maintenance and security.

Customized training courses will target the specific needs of each group (D3.3).

The project aims to train 360 teachers, 360 students, 180 administrative staff and 60 people from MESRS, to reinforce the quality and overall success of the project (D3.4).
