Work package 6 “Management” covers several essential aspects of the project’s operational, financial and logistical management. It includes the composition of the management and scientific committees, the monitoring of the activities of each work package, administrative and financial management, the resolution of potential conflicts, the drafting of reports and the collection of progress data.
In addition, it takes into account the logistical management of the project, including the necessary arrangements to support planned activities, such as travel, meetings and conferences. Face-to-face and virtual meetings are planned, with participation in a briefing meeting in Brussels.
Overall, Work Package 6 ensures effective project management by coordinating committees, ensuring regular monitoring and promoting communication and collaboration between the partners involved.
