The Lisbon training marked the closing of the training cycle for trainers of the Erasmus+ CBHE DIGITAQ project, from May 27 to 29, 2024, at UNINOVA in Lisbon. For three days, participants plunged into the heart of digital transformation in higher education, exploring the DIGITAQ framework for creating quality processes as well as the architecture and strategy of the DIGITAQ project. A highlight was the workshop on a concrete case of offering doctoral training, led by Ms. SEKHARI and Mr. SARRAIPA.
This training follows two previous sessions. The first, at the IUT of ULL2 from October 19 to 21, 2023, addressed various topics, from standards to the digitalization of processes, with a detailed presentation of process mapping. As for the second session, at the University of Liège from October 23 to 25, 2023, it focused on the theoretical aspects of indicators and dashboards.
These distinct training courses formed a harmonious context, strengthening the integrated approach to process improvement and quality management for Algerian establishments. In addition, they contributed to the provision of the DIGITAQ platform, thus offering a cutting-edge tool for successful digital transformation and continuous improvement of quality in higher education.
