A key stage in the development of the DIGITAQ platform is the construction of execution scenarios by domain, as described in the National Quality Assurance Reference System (RNAQES). To ensure the consistency and relevance of these scenarios, it is essential to model the ontology that will serve as the basis for the information system (IS) architecture. This modeling will enable data and processes to be structured, thus facilitating the integration and implementation of the service-oriented platform.
Once the ontology has been mapped out, it will be possible to begin integrating and implementing the DIGITAQ platform. This service-oriented platform will offer advanced functionalities for Quality Assurance, enabling efficient process management, data collection and analysis, and collaboration between stakeholders.
The next step will be to test the execution scenarios by domain described in the national repository. This experimentation phase will allow us to validate the relevance and efficiency of the processes put in place, taking into account the specificities of each area. Feedback and any necessary adjustments will be taken into account to continually improve the DIGITAQ platform.
At the same time, an “Excellence Centre of Quality” will be set up in conjunction with the future national quality agency. This hub structure will play a central role in fostering collaboration between Quality Assurance Units (CAQ) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS). Its aim will be to promote excellence in the field of quality, by coordinating and sharing best practices.
Through these different stages, Work Package 2 of the DIGITAQ project aims to develop a complete digital Quality Assurance platform, in harmony with the national reference system, while strengthening collaboration between the players involved in the quality assurance process.
